At IDOLL Music, LLC we provide a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure you have a recorded an unboxing video and can provide proof of purchase

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for most items sold that are in new condition (un-opened) with proof of purchase. Please see the Exceptions / non-returnable items below for details regarding items that are excluded from this policy.
For shipped orders the buyer is responsible for shipping fees to return the parcel. You will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package after contacting a team member to initiate the return/exchange. Items sent back to the store without prior communication will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that the claim to manufacturing to replace defective item(s) may take several months to resolve and they will request proof of purchase and video unboxing to provide proficient evidence of defect.
We are not liable for damages or defects incured during the shipping process, however we will always strive to make it right should it be our fault for any reason that an item arrives in poor conditions.
Light sticks
Please understand that any light stick box which has been unsealed is not eligible for exchange due to the manufacturers' policies. If you are having issues with powering the device, try using Duracell batteries. If this has not resolved you issue, please contact us at idollmusic@outlook.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as store exclusives or signed items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), opened/unsealed album(s), pre-owned item(s) and photocards. Any item opened and not in original condition may not be returned for exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, photocards or gift cards.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns on items, however we will provide an exchange or store-credit on item(s) should they fall under reasonable clause deemed by a member of management.
Pre-Orders & Cancellations
We do not offer cancellations on pre-order items and all sales are final for unreleased merchandise. Please understand that we are not liable for delays incurred by companies, manufacturing or customs.
