At IDOLL Music, LLC we provide a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange,  please ensure you have a recorded an unboxing video and can provide proof of purchase.

All products are new condition unless selecting to purchase a Pre-Owned item.

When purchasing Pre-Owned through the product selection please note that inclusions are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

All pre-owned albums will include the CD.

Pre-Owned albums are not eligible for exchange.

Pre-Order products are not eligible for cancellation.

Any benefits available will be issued to buyers in order of fulfillment through the chronological progression of the oldest pre-order first.

You are always welcome to add notes to your cart when checking out about your bias so we can do our best to help sort your preferred member when applicable.
