Shipping policy

Once items are picked up by shipping provider, we are not liable for damaged incurred or lost parcels. Any orders shipped are provided tracking information which can be used to open a claim with the shipping service if needed.

We ship items as carefully as possible. Please note that any photocards and fragile items will be protected as needed.
